hi , my name is wade am not looking for a free handout am just looking for some financial assistance i just returned back from the hospital only to to told that i have to do surgery on the back of my neck which would enable me to walk propeterly without a limping this is as a result of shifting a disk at the back of my neck which is rubbing against my spine because i dont have health insurance this is a financial hurdle for me if am asked to provide the necessary information i can do so am not looking for handout i just need a financial blessing to be able to see me through . if this is not done it can result in permanant paralesis am asking you from my heart for help i hve not recieved the bill as yet but i can provide that information when it becomes available thank you for the blessing please.
